In the field of toll packers ReAgent has been a leading player for over 30 years.  During this time we have built up an enviable reputation for quality and service, particularly in toll packaging.  Our flexible contract manufacturing facility ensures that we are able to offer a truly bespoke chemicals service and we have seen this part of our business grow significantly in the past few years.  Many of our competitors offer a very wide range of products but we are able to offer a completely tailor made chemicals service to customers.

As well as toll packers, we are toll manufacturers, and deal with all aspects of toll filling, toll mixing, toll blending, toll repacking, toll packing and toll manufacturing.  We are also experienced solvent packers, acid packers, sachet packers, contract packers and contract packers.  We would be delighted to quote for any formulation or deformulation jobs.

We work to the exacting standards of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which ensures that all products have full traceability.  We are proud to be recognised as an Investor in People and are fully accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

As toll packers we can pack a wide range of chemicals and chemical products to exact customer specifications and individual requirements.  These may include caustics, alkalis, acids, solvents and a range of laboratory testing reagents.  We are also able to toll blend to specific requirements using ASTM reference solvents and reagents.  We are able to toll repack from IBCs and drums into smaller pack sizes ranging from ampoules and sachets up to much larger pack sizes.

We have a semi-automatic packing facility for ampoules and sachets to ensure that tight tolerances are met.  This also enables us work quickly and efficiently, so passing on any savings to the customer.

As toll packers, ReAgent has an excellent safety record and we ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are met.  Our staff are issued with and use appropriate protective clothing and equipment according to the job they are doing.  This may include safety clothing, safety footwear, safety glasses, goggles, face shield or mask or full respiratory equipment.  Our bespoke extraction system further ensures safety both of operator and the environment and we also have a number of walk-in fume cupboards.

All finished goods are labelled in accordance with CHIP Regulations and we use our own labels or customer-supplied labels, if preferred.  We can dispatch goods both UK-wide and overseas and would be pleased to handle all your export documentation, if required.  All our drivers are ADR qualified and we only use couriers whose drivers are also suitably ADR qualified.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
