Our highly skilled and experienced staff share a wealth of chemical experience and we are proud of our reputation in the toll packing industry.  Liquids, powders, granules,  waxes etc can be packed down from any size container, from IBCs into small packages or containers.  We can offer a service to supply complete kits which many of our customers in the environmental science industries find invaluable to field work analysis.

We are able to offer a service whereby we can blend solvents to specific requirements, including ASTM reference solvents and reagents.  We are happy to quote for the repacking of solvents from IBCs and drums into any pack size.

Safety is a priority at ReAgent and we are proud to be an Investor in People.  Walk-in fume extraction cupboards are all fitted with static control devices and all operators are trained in the safe handling of solvents and LEAN manufacturing.  We are able to offer a service whereby specific volumes of product can be packed into suitable containers.  This means that customers own operators do not have to weigh or measure products prior to use.

ReAgent uses a semi-automated filling line for packing powders and liquids.  This enables us to toll pack to very fine tolerances and also enables us to work quickly and efficiently.  Cost savings are passed to the customers, ensuring that our prices remain competitive.

We are able to handle a range of concentrated acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid etc.  All packaging and labelling is selected according to current CHIP legislation and transported in line with ADR regulations.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.

ReAgent is proud to be accredited to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and we are happy to be audited by customers or potential customers.  Many of those in the pharmaceutical industry insist on regular audits and we welcome these as an opportunity to review our current systems and improve where possible. 

We also take the environment seriously and are pleased to be fully accredited to Environmental Management System 14001:2004.
