Toll Repacking

ReAgent has been established within the chemical industry for in excess of 30 years during which time we have built up a solid reputation for our toll repacking and toll packaging services.  We can offer a bespoke service to individual customer requirements and are able to pack hazardous liquids including flammables, solvents, toxic chemicals, alkalis and acids.  We can also pack chemicals of a non-hazardous nature but which may have other special considerations, such as heating.

In addition to toll repacking, we can offer a facility for toll blending, toll mixing, toll filling, toll packing and general toll chemicals, as you would expect for a leader in toll manufacturing.

Due to our experience of toll repacking we are ideally suited to offer support and technical assistance to customers who make an initial enquiry.  Our staff are highly motivated individuals who share a wealth of technical expertise.  You can be sure that your toll repacking enquiry will be in safe and experienced hands.

We work to the exacting standards of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which ensures that all toll repacking jobs are fully traceable by individual batch number which can be traced back to the original material.  Our in-house quality department will ensure the quality of all finished goods which can be repacked in a wide range of pack sizes from sachets and ampoules up to IBCs.  Our packaging materials are carefully sourced from only approved suppliers and our competent, highly-trained staff will ensure the compatibility of packaging and material.

We are able to offer free deliveries to the local area using our own vehicles and fully ADR trained drivers.  Alternatively, we can use approved couriers for deliveries further afield and overseas.  Please contact us to discuss your shipping requirements.  We would be pleased to handle all your export documentation, if required.
