Acid Repacking

ReAgent has been established as an acid repacking company within the chemical industry for over 30 years.  During this time we have become a recognised leader in acid repacking due to our experience of  handling and working with acids, including hydrochloric, sulphuric, acetic, nitric and phosphoric, to name but a few.  In addition to a bespoke acid repacking service, we are pleased to offer additional services for sachet repacking, solvent repacking, contract repacking and general toll repacking.

We are able to provide services for chemical blending, chemical filling, chemical mixing, chemical packaging, contract manufacturing and toll manufacturing, all jobs being carried out to the highest quality standards of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to which we are fully accredited.

Our Quality Management System ensures full traceability of product whilst our flexible toll manufacturing facilities enable us to provide our customers with their exact specifications.  We are able to pack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers ranging from a one litre size up to 25 or 50 litres. 

We can also repack into sachets and ampoules and have a semi-automated packing line which enables us to pack to very fine tolerances.  This also means that we can turn around orders quickly and usually manage to achieve this within 10 working days, although we can offer a faster service if needed.  We would be pleased to discuss your individual requirements with you.

Our bespoke acid repacking and toll packaging services enables us to provide our customers with exactly the product they need, in the pack size they prefer and at a competitive price.  We deal with customers from a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, water treatment, environmental and power and we welcome audits.  Many of our existing customers audit us on a regular basis and we welcome this.  We see an audit as a mean of reviewing and, where possible, improving on our already stringent manufacturing processes.

We are pleased to operate in line with the environmental requirements of ISO 14001:2004 to which we have full accreditation and by which we help to ensure the safety and future good of our environment.

All finished products are labelled in accordance with the requirements of CHiP Regulations and we can use customer-supplied labels if preferred.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  All finished goods are transported using our own delivery vehicles or by courier.  All our drivers are fully ADR qualified and we only use couriers whose staff are similarly ADR trained.  We are able to ship UK-wide or overseas and we would gladly arrange all your export paperwork, if this would help.
