ReAgent has been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years and we are well placed to deal with all aspects of your solvent repacking requirements. We offer a truly bespoke service and have earned an enviable reputation for flexibility, quality and value for money. Our bespoke solvent repacking facilities are offered in addition to a bespoke service for acid repacking, chemical repacking, sachet repacking, contract repacking and toll packaging.
We operate in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and have full product traceability. Our bespoke extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards protect staff and the environment, whilst full personal protective equipment means that we toll manufacture and repack in accordance with all current Health and Safety regulations.
 Our staff are experienced and well-qualified professionals, used to handling and working with solvents and all aspects of solvent repacking. All solvent repacking and general chemical repacking jobs are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Many of our staff are long-serving members of the team and have a wealth of knowledge about solvents.
We offer a free consultancy service so that should you have any technical solvent repacking queries, we would be more than happy to give advice and support. This continues from the initial enquiry, right through the solvent repacking jobs itself, the delivery and the after sales service of which we are very proud. We can repack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers, right down to ampoules. These are often used as part of a kit which we are happy to source and assemble for customers. We ensure the compatibility of product and container and we source containers from only reputable suppliers on our Approved Suppliers List.
All finished goods are labelled in accordance with CHiP Regulations and we can use our own labels or customer-supplied labels, if preferred. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations. All our drivers are ADR qualified and when we use a courier, we insist that all their drivers are ADR trained, too.
We are happy to deliver finished goods UK-wide or overseas and we would be pleased to deal with all your export paperwork. We have a wide-ranging customer base from the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, power station, water treatment, food and environmental industries and we welcome audits from our customers as we see audits as a means of reviewing our processes and improving where possible.
