Toll Filling
As part of our toll packaging service ReAgent is pleased to offer a bespoke toll filling facility to its customers. We have been established within the chemical industry since 1977 and during this time have built up a reputation for quality, flexibility, professionalism and value for money.
In addition to the toll filling facility for bespoke chemicals, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive toll packing, toll repacking and toll packaging service. We would be delighted to quote for any chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, formulation, deformulation, contract packaging, sachet packing, acid packing and contract packaging jobs. In fact, our position as a leading toll manufacturer makes us ideally placed for all your toll chemical enquiries.
 Quality is at the forefront of our business and we are proud to manufacture in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We have full traceability of product and our in-house Quality System ensure that all products are given a unique batch number for full traceability.
Our toll filling system is flexible and bespoke, enabling us to be competitive in this field. Our flexible manufacturing facility allows us to produce exactly what our customers wish to buy but are unable to find in ‘larger’ catalogues.
We have a wide range of products which we can work with including acids, alkalis, chemical reagents, powders etc. We can pack into ampoules and sachets up to IBCs and everything in between. We always ensure compatibility of product and container and all our packaging in UN approved, where appropriate.
We label with our own labels or customer-supplied labels in line with CHIP Regulations. All our drivers are ADR qualified and we can delivery UK-wide or overseas. When using a carrier, we always ensure that their drivers are also ADR qualified and we only work with carriers with whom we have built up a solid relationship. We are also pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
At ReAgent we are duly concerned with the environment and we are pleased to be fully accredited to internationally recognised ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

All goods are dispatched with Material Safety Data Sheets outlining the properties of each product, the relevant hazards and what to do in the event of an emergency.
